Some businesses use a processing method that do not complete right away. It goes to pending authorization first and they capture/complete payment a few days later or void it. If the order has failed and merchant has no order to void the transaction, the pending transactions will expire and drop off by themselves between 3 to 30 days. If pending by beyond 30 days, ask PayPal, your bank or card issuer to void it for you.
