i was wondering why paypal suddenly took back what i have withdrawn to my bank account? but it was already transfered to my bank account and i used a little bit of it. then i asked about it on my bank they said paypal took it again. now i had a negative balance since its the only money i have when i used for buying online. the amount was lessen so the feed back was negative.
