i send 40euros for game things

i send 40euros for game things, then i get the message that the money has been sent back. Its been 2-3days i still dont have my money + the trasnfers says its already sent to me + "more information" i sent the money with my debit/credit card (swedbank). Why does it take so long and wheres my money/what should i do.

Refunds to cards can take a week, up to 30 days.
