i have send money to my credit card from 12 days it is not delivered until this moment to my credit card the PayPal say that the transition is completed but the bank say it is not delivered any money to my credit card?!
I have the same problem. I have withdrawn funds to my card 14 days ago and haven't received the money yet.
It is the first time it takes that long. I normally receive money within 1 day.
Must be some issue with intermediary banks.

Didn't think you could withdraw to a debit card in your country only a credit visa?
