i cant write my 10 digit invoice id in 8 digit invoice

i wanted to ask i purchased a member ship by click bank and now i want to cancel it so i went to cancel it and write my invoice id and it was 10 digit but has to to 8 to be check and then i clicked i don't have my order no then i wrote last digit of my credit card but it didn't show GO and then it i wrote my zip code it still didn't show GO please help
