i cannot recieve money from abroad

hello,

my family tries to send me money from Germany and Italy, to ALbania, but they cannot .

the mail they recieve says:

""From time to time, PayPal must review a payment more closely to ensure it complies with the established User Agreement and our global regulatory obligations. We identified a risk that prevents us from completing this payment. We apologize for the inconvenience.""

 

no further information is provided.

 

how can  i track the problem?

I'm facing the same issue. I linked my visa card verified it and did everything in the user agreement but the problem persists.

I'm from Egypt, maybe Egyptian accounts are no longer eligible to receive funds too.

Hello Naabbo, The problem with my account was that i had changed my card to debit Master Card. After i switched to Visa again, it started working normally. anyway, the money took almost a month to reach to my bank account, but the transfer was successful . Regards Briseida
