If i want get  payment  from some  one But my Account can't Accpted. That is  the  problems my account.  Please  Solve  it  i want  take payment  in my  Account.

You have a UAE registered paypal account so you must use it only in that country.

If that is what you are doing then check the link on how to receive payments.

Secondly do you have any limitations on your Paypal account that need resolving before you can continue using it? Also check the sender is using the correct email address + a currency you can receive on your UAE paypal account.
