I bought an item from boots.com used paypal to pay for it back on the 30th Nov 23, the next day boots cancelled order and the money was pending in my account until 30th Dec 23 I rang paypal that morning asking when I can finally get my money back and I was told it would go back onto my card that night at 10.52pm. I explained I no longer have that debit card/bank and was then told it would go in my paypal wallet. Up until that day this was showing as pending in my wallet, then it just disappeared altogether from my wallet nothing at all to show the order or anything at all. I rang them a few time since and was told to allow up to 10 days for this to bounce back from Barclays. Once again I rang today again only to be told that I never made a transaction and no money was ever taken from my bank. Please can any one tell me what to do next because this is so draining
