how do i label a finished intangible service once it's done?

this is my first time doing any sort of business through paypal. for context, i'm a digital artist. i do commissions. i finished this commission and i have no idea what to set the order status as... sorry if this is a stupid question! i'm pretty confused by all of this haha,, i hope that got across well, as uh. any and all help is appreciated. tysm!

i can't see where "product" is. this also feels like it doesn't answer my question? maybe i'm just blind but i genuinely cannot see where the two guides are trying to point me to.
