Hi there, i did set up my paypal account today, i linked my classic debit card and everything is sorted but when my friend tried to paypal me 5$ she cant? Noone can paypal me? Idk what the issue and why i can receive money yet? My email and number both confirmed. I tried sending invoice but still same. Can anyone help me out?
