Hi paypal, I really dont know how to reach you!!! I would like to inform you that you made me so disappointed. I am waiting for the transfer money from my paypal tru bank account worth 6980php but unfortunately while waiting that transaction i just noticed that the bank details I input was mismatch and i input a wrong one, i just wonder why the transaction was been succesful that it shouldnt because the information was mismatch. I am requesting that transaction to be reverse back on my paypal account. I hope you can help me out. Thanks in advance.. I am waiting for your reply. Regards, Arnel Manansala

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
