have i been scammed or is my paypal account banned?

i was not receiving my money due to unconfirmed phone number and email but after confirming both my email and phone number i still haven’t received my payment. it has been 3 days since i confirmed them, please help me asap.

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

You also have not said if the payment has completed on the senders side or if its showing as pending or unclaimed.

the payment has completed on the senders side. i sell digital files and for the buyer to receive the file they have to pay first so they have definitely paid. im from england im sorry ive never done this before so i completely forgot to add it.

If the payment was held pending your completion of steps to receive money, please contact Customer Service to inquire about why the payment was not released to you. You can find the options for contacting Customer Service by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.

 

I hope this can be resolved quickly!

thats how i found this website, i tried all options on the contact section of the paypal website and none of it answered my question or helped me at all. when i go onto my paypal app there is no money in my wallet and no money pending but when i go onto the website where i sell my digital files (where u have to pay FIRST to receive the file) it says that both customers have paid. like i stated before , i confirmed both my email and phone number after the customers paid but there is still no money in my wallet nor is there any pending.

Customer may have paid but as you had an unconfirmed email address they may have cancelled it on their side, why not check with them, failing that only customer services can help you.

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
