hi folks, the function pay friends and family is missing from my account, i am based in the uk and only wish to send money to people in the uk, when i put email of recipient in the next option disappears and goes to submit payment, thanks for anybody with a way to solve this problem
Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry you're having trouble sending a Friends and Family payment. I'd recommend clearing your cache and cookies or using a different internet browser to see if that resolves the issue. If the issue persists, please contact the recipient to ensure their PayPal account is registered to the correct country. While users in the UK can receive personal payments, not all countries have that option.
thank you for your reply , the recipient is in uk and does have a PayPal account , however i will clear my cache etc, and see if that fixes it, regards
