fedex didnt deliver

I bought a carousel figurine. Transaction was smooth, it shipped Fed ex. Fed ex said, it delivered it. I was home all day. what recourse do I have?

If tracking shows delivery then request the tracking number and if it shows delivery to your address then its between you and Fedex.
