don't have credit card for payment, how to do with money on paypal

ppb from belgium here. 
i am new here on paypal and i want to use it to make payments for the company. 
now when i want to buy something he asks for a credit card. 
I don't have a credit card, but there is money on it. 

how can i buy stuff through paypal?
