does it take time for my paypal account to be verified after linking a credit card ?

hey 

i have some money in fiverr that im trying to send to my paypal tho i get withdrawal failed .

fiverr support said that this happens because my paypal account isn't verified ,

i linked a credit card to my paypal today and tried again but still got withdrawal failed .

i was thinking it might take some time for may paypal to get verified after linking a card if so how long ?

if not any advise on my issue ?

Have you confirmed the card and did you add a credit visa to allow for the auto withdrawal of funds in your country?

yes i have confirmed the card tho i dont have any credit in the card it self

so unless i have credit in the card i cant withdrawal  money ? 

and can it be taken from the money i recive from withdrawl
