hi here's what happened I funded my DEBIT CARD account last oct 3 ..since it was still insufficient TO PAY MY BILLS i funded again on oct 4 to cover up my unsettled bills .. I also called the bank today and they said that the amount was already debited from my account ..THE PROBLEM IS the payment still pending STATUS ,,my paypal account is now zero balance how can i pay my billing order this time ?

PayPal system reviews every transaction to make sure they were authorized by the account holder. The payment will be pending status if it is under review which will be cleared in 24-48 hours. Your payment might be processed as an eCheck as it was paid using your bank account, which usually takes 5-7 business days for the funds to reach the PayPal system. For Philippines PayPal accounts, the option to add money from the bank account is not available. If you're referring to a transfer from your bank to PayPal account, I would recommend contacting your bank for more information. Feel free to reach PayPal Support team for any additional assistance.
