im trying to link my bank to my paypal, i put in the bank password and user correctly, do the security question correctly and after that part it says "you can choose which eligible accounts from (my bank) you want to link to paypal, but there is no option to pick what account i want to link and it says "accept and link" but when i press that nothing happens

If you haven't done so, you may be able to Manually Link your Bank to PayPal by selecting "Don't see your bank?" You can also get in touch with our customer support team by selecting Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page. I hope this information helps!
