Sorry to hear that you're not able to transfer money from your PayPal account to GCash accounts. Every time you try to initiate a transaction from your PayPal account it goes through a series of filters for possible risk. If the system deems risk, it may temporarily block the payment from going through. In such situations, I recommend that you to try again at a later date by clearing your cache and cookies from your internet browser or try to use a different internet browser/device. If the issue persists after trying all these, please reach out to the support team to look into this further.
