cant instantly transfer money to my card and cant send money as family and friends

i can't transfer funds from my paypal to my card instantly? the card only appears on the 1-3 day transfer period. and i cant send money to someone as friends and family, only as buisness and goods. i could do it before tho

This is happening to me too, i called customer service and they were no help whatsoever. based on what ive read this has been an ongoing issue.

Welcome! Thank you for joining PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've both been running into some road-blocks transferring money as you prefer. I can understand that can be a bit frustrating. After a recent update, the option to receive money via Friends and Family is not available for Business accounts. Is the receiver of your transaction registered as a Business or Personal account? If they have a Personal account, they may also not be able to receive Friends and Family depending on the country their account is registered in.

In regard to your ability to transfer funds instantly or within 1-3 days, this is normally dependent on the funding source's agreement with PayPal. You'll usually only see eligible cards have the option to transfer instantly. However, you're welcome to reach out to our Customer Support teams to make sure everything is in proper operating order.
