cant find a payment made through depop

i sold something on depop and the buyer sent me my money through there and onto my paypal, however i haven't received that money, nor an email. my friend recently sent me 10p (afterwards) and i got an email and it through to my paypal. the girl who bought my item sent me proof that she gave me the money and depop did too.

Double check the email address you have on depop for payment and make sure its correct without any spelling errors.

Have you confirmed that email address?

Is it showing as unclaimed or completed ie payment on your buyers account?
