When I try to add funds from my bank account, it fail but not getting any error or exception. Just finish the "spinner" without confirming and without actually making the transaction.

Is there any place I can understand why is it failing?

Thanks

In your country you can only add funds via a linked and confirmed U.S bank account and not a local bank account as per link.

However you never need funds in your Paypal account balance as a buyer. When you purchase an item then Paypal credit the seller for you, this is so there is no delay in the despatch of your item. Paypal will then take the wait for the funds to automatically transfer to reimburse them from your linked funding source.
However they only take that 'risk'  of crediting the seller upfront if you pay by...

1. Bank transfer but have a back up card linked to your account as well.
2. Debit or credit card.
If you have option 1 but have no back up card linked then your payment may go as an echeque and you and the seller will have to await clearance.

Thanks @kernowlass,

However, I DO have a US bank account linked to my PayPal account and as a matter of fact, I did manage to make a successful transfer twice.

But since these 2 times, I cannot make any additional transfers.

It simply completes without any successful message nor an error message. Just stay on the same page.

I dont understand what is the problem.

Thanks
