Dear community members, please I have an issue for months. Paypal is not allowing me to withdraw my own money. In august, I withdrew my funds by transferring to my HSBC visa. Now they are denying my request. my money is stuck. I am trying to remove my card to use the funds for purchasing, it's not allowing me to remove the visa, i added my AMEX card, they are not sending my code to confirm my card, I did not know PayPal is so unfriendly. please can you help me.? the message center also is not resolving my problem.
