can not connect to bank while making payment

hello everyone when i try to make a payment on etsy , loading window hangs on paypal connecting to bank.just 10 days before i made a payment but now its not working.any help will be appreciated

I'm sorry you're having trouble making a payment. It sounds like you're having a connection issue. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies, using a different web browser, or even another device.
