balance to debit/bank account declined

Hello! I've been trying to transfer my balance to my debit/bank account but it kept saying, "There’s a problem Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank." , it has also emailed me saying it failed. I wonder if I can resolve this as soon as possible. Please help.
