Your transfer could not be completed to the card

I keep getting a message that "Your transfer could not be completed, We're sorry but we were unable to approve your request to transfer‬ to your card. You will see the funds and any fees reflected back in your PayPal balance. If your card has not been updated in a while, please update your card information and try again. Or, you may also select a different account to transfer your funds to" I've approved my card, and I've confirmed it as well by adding the code after the refund as well but still it doesn't work. They've deducted 1 more dollar from my card for some reason. Still nothing is working and no agents are available to help me in the message center

I'm having the same problem. Card is fine, so there shouldn't be an issue, and I regularly transfer from paypal to this card.

I am sorry to know that you've run into some issues with transferring your funds to your card. To provide one of the safest online payment services, PayPal internal security system reviews every transaction before it's approved for possible risk. If the system deems risk, it may temporarily block the transaction. In such cases, I recommend that you to try again at a later dare by clearing cache and cookies from your internet browser or try to use a different internet browser/device.

this is utterly useless advice. 

i am also trying to withdraw my balance for 3rd day now and all i get are errors and messages saying "denied". 
I have never experienced a service so damn bad and frustrating as Paypal.

constant errors, failed, denied and unable to complete transfer. 

this is utterly ridiculous.

Apologies for the inconvenience you've experienced while attempting the withdrawal from your PayPal account. If there has been too many attempts in a row, sometimes our security system may decline/block certain activity if it detects any risk. You have to wait at least 24 hours from the last attempt to allow the system to reset and reevaluate the transaction. If the issue persists, please get in touch with the support team to look into this further. You can find the contact options here : How do I contact PayPal customer service?

unfortunately there is no clear way of contacting support, I have the same issue, and I have clicked a thousand links on paypal website and still could not land on a form I could submit to contact the support...

I am disappointed in Paypal for being such a headache
