A friend of mine sent me 30 euros to buy something for him over 10 days ago, and this is the message i get "You have successfully updated shipment information. You’ll get your money within 1 day of delivery." I did some googling and found that he has to confirm that he recieved "the shipment" which there was no "shipment" to begin with, and ill get my money 1 day after he marks it as recieved. My friend says he checked the activity tab, and he cant find the confirmation button. I changed the order status to processed and back to shipped, still nothing. How can i help him confirm delivery so i can recieve the funds?
