My nationality was German which is wrong and now I moved back to my homeland but now have a negative paypal balance, I can't link a bank or card to pay the negative amount because I closed the account I used in Germany. I can't link the paypal to my currrent bank or debit card either. I also can't transfer money internationally from my current account because the negative amount is too little so I'm stuck.
