Worried to lose 150 Euros

I recently had transferred 150 Euros to the Payoneer bank called "Banking circle SA". Unfortunately the transaction had already been started and Payoneer had closed my account along with bank. I was shocked when I see "Transfer completed" on my PayPal account. I contacted Payoneer and they told me that the balance will be bounced back to paypal but I never received my 150 euros back to my paypal account. Please help, I need that money back into my Paypal account.

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.

Have you waited 5-7 days to see if it bounces back? If so and no sign you could try contacting customer services and see if they will do a trace for you.

Just make sure you are in Cyprus as you have a Cypriot paypal account.
