Withdrew Money to a non existent card

I withdrew money to my card but the last digit was wrong (I scanned card using the camera and it was read wrong). The payment went through as completed and the card is confirmed, despite the card number not existing. This was on the 16th of November and the payment has still not bounced back. I also don’t know how the card is marked as confirmed when it does not exist. PayPal say they no longer have the money, yet my bank says they never received it as it isn’t a real card. The ‘trace’ they launched simply told me the money left PayPal.

I am sorry to know that you haven't received the withdrawn funds to your card and I understand how important it is to have funds at the right time. Withdrawals to cards can usually take 30 mins up to 48 hours for standard transfer. If the transactions status of you withdrawal is completed and if you're unable to locate the deposit, we can raise a request to trace the funds after 7 business days. Since it's been a long time, the only option is to contact our Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website so that our advisors can help you accordingly. Support is also available through Facebook by sending PM, Twitter and Instagram on DM.
