Just earlier this morning I withdrew money from paypal account to bank with no issues at all. Few hours later, tried to withdraw and it says that it denied.
My card is updated and I've never had this happen before. What now?

Is there a limitation on your account? This may be why the withdrawal is being denied.
If you go to the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account there should be some steps there you will need to complete in order to have the limitation lifted.
