Welcome to the PayPal Community! We're glad to have you here. When you go to initiate a withdrawal our system will display all of the eligible options for that transfer. If your card or bank is not shown, then it simply cannot be used to transfer at this time. You may need to check and make sure that the bank or card is confirmed.
