Withdrawal lost

Hi.

 

On 4th January I withdraw money to my local bank account. They still didn't come and PayPal support don't want to search for it's location.

What to do?

Get back to customer services and ask them for a trace?

PP only sees that money left their account. I asked them to contact correspondent bank where they sent money or start searching for the lost SWIFT transaction, but they don't do anything.

Also, they don't provide MT103 document, so I can do this by myself.

See if your bank will contact them?

If not then sorry nothing else we can advise on here.

My bank can’t contact PP, even if it wants - my bank don’t have any information about that transactio
