Withdrawal Transaction Declined

Hello Paypal,

I am getting this browser error on my PC and phone, I have got this multiple times. My transaction is being declined.

"There's a problem Right now, we're not able to transfer the funds to your bank"

I got the error when I tried to move funds (withdraw funds) from my PayPal balance to Bank's debit card I imagine this is supposed to be smooth without issues. Screen shot available below

Its been a month since I can't use my money in Paypal. Whenever I tried to withdraw, my Paymaya which I linked before, always declined. I tried to relink it says try another bank. I tried landbank, gcash it shown same problem. What should I do?
