Hi people! If you could help will be great! So I'm new to paypal it was my first transaction and the moment they send me the money..they put it on hold and limit my acoount..i did some calls there and now they have sent me an email that the account is no longer limited but the money is still on hold.. Should i do 3 deposits so I can take do a withdraw?
