I withdrawed a payment from paypal to my card 13 days aho and still didnt get it !!

Was it a visa card?

Does the billing address of the card match your paypal account address?

Hey yes it is visa , and yes its the same adress , but i always do transactions successfully in 3 to 4 days max , why 14 days now ?
