Withdraw to 1 bank

Hi paypal have a problem with the withdrawal to my absa or capitec card I can not get it to transfer the amount to my bank I do not want to open or great a online profile at FNB so what can you advise us to do. Why should I be that we first have to great a profile at fnb to withdraw we as customers greated or opened PayPal to have good service so could you give us the service to only use one bank and not two just to withdraw or make payments....Thanks
