Withdraw money in Vietnam

Hi, I need some information.
I want to withdraw money on my vietnamese bank acount. I did the transfer but the bank (Sacom) returned the money because they said that they need an 8 digit code starting wit X in order to transfer the money to my personal bank account.

Does anyone know which code they refer to? Do you have experience in this matter?

I've been trying to contact paypal but for some reason there are never assistance available for support.

I understand your concern about the withdrawal reversal in your PayPal account. Withdrawals might get reversed, if the bank account details registered with PayPal do not match the information which your bank has on file. Any small discrepancy in a name, address, or anything else can cause the withdrawal to be reversed. To prevent failed withdrawals from happening in the future, try removing your bank account details and re-adding the information. If this is not the case, please contact the support team to look into this further.
