I'm reaching out today because I'm encountering difficulties while attempting to transfer funds from my PayPal account to my registered account or debit card. I find it perplexing that in both cases, there is a requirement to convert the currency.
Currently, I have funds in Euros, and both my bank account and card are also in Euros. When attempting to transfer to my debit card, the system prompts a transfer in USD, and to my bank account, it suggests GBP. I'm puzzled by this situation. Moreover, you are imposing a fee equivalent to $500 for this transfer, even though the recipient operates in the same currency.
This seems illogical to me. I've already paid fees on previous transactions, and the additional charges you are proposing appear unusual. I've executed fund transfers in the past without encountering this issue. Kindly investigate the matter and provide me with a solution.
