Withdraw from Paypal to Credit card

I would like to transfer money from Paypal to my already linked (and used to pay with multiple times) credit card, it's a "Nexi Classic Mastercard". I've transfered money to my credit card with other applications before without problems. 

When I go to transfer the only option I get is "bank account"

In most countries you can withdraw to a confirmed bank account OR debit card.

In 'some' countries you can only withdraw to a confirmed credit visa card.

If it only gives you the bank account option in Italy then that is what you have to add and confirm so you can withdraw funds.

@kernowlass Thanks for your answer, I actually just tried the "immediate" withdrawal (opposed to the 2/3 business day free withdrawal) and I get my card there but would have to pay a fee. Do you think I can make it so I can withdraw to my card in 2/3 business days for free rather than pay the fee and it being immediate?

Unfortunately not, the faster option using the card normally is chargable.
