Withdraw Money

I just withdraw money to my debit visa card 2 days ago. I've got an email confirmation that it should appear on my bank but it hasn't appeared. I've contacted my bank but indeed doesn't appear yet and told me to contact Paypal instead (they said my bank acts as a "passive-receiver" only). How long it usually took for my money to appear? And did my money really "bounce back" automatically if it fails? If you guys have any problem like me and have a solution. Please let me know.

but u sure the money isnt gone right? i just panic..

Allow 5-7 days and it should either be in your bank account OR bounced back to your paypal balance.

If not then contact customer services for a trace.

However its only been 2 days and it can take a few days to transfer.

Have you checked that you can withdraw to a debit and not credit card in your country?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

thankyou for ur advice i really appreciate it, i will wait 5-7days .. im from Indonesia so yaa its allowed withdraw with debit or credit card.. have u see that same problem like me before? and if have they all solved problem?
