I used PayPal as the payment option on a transaction. I was recently approved for a line of credit with PayPal. PayPal states that as long as PayPal is my preferred method the credit will be used. However, my debit card was charged. My preferred method of payment is the line of credit. I even tried deleting my debit card from PayPal but the transaction wouldn’t complete through PayPal without my debit card being connected. Why issue a line of credit and still charge my debit card.
