Why is paypal all of a sudden pulling from my credit card vs my actual bank account? The bank account is preferred and plenty of money in it yet its pulling from my card.
Yeah it said I was -$15.00 but again doesn't make sense at all as the preferred bank had plenty of money. This was a really odd behavior and I checked my bank and nothing was denied.
