Why is my money on hold with a business account?

I’ve authenticated everything I could, I’ve updated tracking to ‘No Shipping required’ and my business account is still with holding my money. I cannot find a reason why it’s being held and I don’t want more money to get put on hold as I have a huge order coming in soon and need to pay for bills.
