Why is it I can't withdraw and the money is available?

Hello! I need assistance please. I can't withdraw from my account but the money is available.

To withdraw funds you need to use the services of M-PESA or Equity Bank to transfer out of a Kenyan PayPal account.
If unable to get those to work customer service assistance would be needed.
