Occasionally, action won't go through due to the various precautions we take to improve transaction safety. Any activity can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity or not safe for your account in the future. In this case, you can try to send money again at a later time after trying some troubleshooting steps such as clearing cache and cookies, or try using a different browser or device to see if that works. If the issue still persists, please check the Resolution Center to see if there are any notifications about your account status and have it complete.
