I don't find Paypal as an option payment method in my Google Wallet, why? Once it was there.

I only know that I had Paypal in my wallet, then I closed it, and then I wanted to reinstate it, but now I don't find that option anymore

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
