Why do I have a minimum sending limit?

Hi! When I tried to send money to my bank account I got a message that I have a minimum amount of money sending limit now, which I haven't got so far. I think I got limitated although I didn't make anything wrong. I sent some various amount of money to my bank account recently, can it cause this problem?

From your messages, it sounds like your account has been limited. When an account is limited, this can be due to security reasons or to request additional information. Generally, the relevant team always lists the steps to remove the limitation in the Resolution Centre. Have you seen/completed them? Once the steps have been completed the case will automatically transition to review, and you will be updated via email.
