Why cant paypal tell me what the purchase was?

I get messages saying money was sent but it doesn't say what the purchased item was. Hard to keep track.

Click on the transaction and there should be more information on that 'details' page.

If its saying SENT and not payment or completed then it sounds like a friends/family gift payment.
