Hello. I live in Azerbaijan and I cannot receive payments from other paypal accounts and marketplaces with an account opened in my country. This problem has been going on for years. I wonder when this will resolve. When will Paypal be available in my country, as in other countries? Why don't you do anything to fix this problem?
Unfortunately, accepting payments is not available in Azerbaijan right now. Send money or buying online for goods and services only.
It’s not that simple. Lack of licensing/contracts, banking partners, and other business reasons can cause it to be not available. When it is possible PayPal will announce it.
